After a lost parcel that was delivered somewhere in WA instead of the QLD address on the order, a replacement bag arrived. The bag itself is stunning -
Colours much more vibrant/neon than displayed online and good quality material. Look coward to seeing how it wears in terms of dirt and stains.
Would prefer more communication when there is a problem but all was resolved within 8 days from notifying of the missing parcel

Poor customer service. The order came very late, and the photos did not accurately represent internal compartments. Only once we commented that the product was not as expected were additional photos added. Bebeluxe failed to respond to the last email. If you are considering ordering something from Bebeluxe, ensure the product is 100% what you want, as their returns policy is non-existent.
